Badriya Sammour, a Palestinian Syrian described the recipe of Harrak Osbao, which is famous traditional dish in Syria . The ingredients are lentils, fried dough, coriander, fried onions, fried bread , Garlic. First boil lentils and then cut the dough and boil it. Put the dough with lentils and then fry onion slices and bread and finally put the coriander and eat it hot.
