- Jamil Isma'il Hamad from Safsaf village in Safad district in Palestine. Abandoned in 1948 he was 10 years old. he has nine sons. The safsaf (willow in Arabic) is called so because it i is famous for the willow trees, and for the cultivation of wheat, lentils and chickpeas. The agriculture was based on traditional tillage methods. Their houses were made of clay, and their foods are from their own agricultural land.
