Um Abdo from Aleppo, talked about the Aleppo Mamounieh a famous sweet recipe in Syria .This sweet dish consists of semolina, water, and sugar, pistachio and cinnamon. First they roast the semolina and boil water in other utensil. When roasted put it with water to boil together and then put it in small dishes to be decorated with pistachio and cinnamon.
