Husniyye Ahmad Ghozlan She is from al-Yajur , District of Haifa in Palestine.She talked about old folk tales and about the foods that she learned from her mother in Palestine, such as Maghribia, al-Mujddarah, al-Muqawabah. They had a garden of figs, olives and pomegranates, and her father in Palestine planted tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and parsley. She also spoke about he groom and the bride celebrations.
