Malak Ibrahim abu shheir, born in the village Khirbat Saʻsaʻ in Palestine, She is 51 years old. She usually meet with the villagers to make "Maa'mul of the Eid" it is considered aone of traditional Palestinian heritage. The ingredients: 1 kg Flour, 2 kg semolina , 3 cups of sugar, baking powder, Vanilla, "samneh baladeye" or cooked butter, almond, nutmeg, mahlab, Kaa'ek spices , 1 cup of vegetable oil, orange blossom water, fine sugar , nuts, rose water, sesame, palm dates.
