Ouze dish recipe described and applied by Maryam Al-Nattah , a Palestinian woman who lived in Palestinian camp in Syria. the Ouze ingredients are meat, rice, peas, nuts, spices, salt, flakes of dough. First you turn the peas and the meat and soak the rice and then cook them with spices and nuts and put the mixte in the dough. The meat must be small pieces.
