Note(s) Coffee roaster is an old traditional tool for roasting coffee in Syria. It first appeared on North Syria a century ago. It is a piece of iron plate in square form, where they put the charcoal and they rotate the contents using a handle to spread the coffee at the top a cylindric box rotated around an axe using a stick.
