Note(s) Abu Abdo Al-Bakdadi from Maydan in Syria is decribibg the Graibeh which is famous and popular sweets in Damascus. The are stuffed with the following ingredients: sugar, flour, fat, vanilla, eggs. The dough is kept for an hour in the fridge to stick together, then cut into small circles with small hole and then put pistachios inside and then put them in the oven for a quarter of an hour and then taken out of the oven.
